Who is nxo?
nxo is the UK’s first and only strategic marketing communications agency franchise. The pioneering franchise business has grown rapidly since its launch in 2003.
As the only strategic marketing franchise in the UK, nxo provides an unrivalled opportunity for people with at least 10 years marketing experience, either agency or client-side, to set up and run their own consultancy with the support of a full range of marketing communications services delivered through the nxo Creative Hub. Developed out of an existing agency, this pioneering franchise network has grown rapidly since its launch, with outlets spanning the UK, from Solent to Glasgow, and Coventry to Northern Ireland.
nxo Training and Support
Full training is provided on how to win clients, sell solutions, project manage tactical projects and nxo processes. Franchisees are linked to the nxo Creative Hub and each other by an intranet-based process management system.
Franchisees are provided with comprehensive, on going, one-to-one mentoring and attend a regular forum where they can meet and share experiences. The nxo Creative Hub also provides a centralised call handling/message taking service, branded templates and documentation.

The Network
The nxo strategic marketing network has the added benefit of encouraging links between fellow franchisees; sharing their individual sector experience and skills. This unique "knowledge pool" ensures that you not only use your own experience and knowledge but can gain commercial benefit and leverage from the experience and knowledge of the entire network.
The nxo client base covers the full spectrum – from prestart businesses, to Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME’s), large companies to Public Sector organisations. There is enough support within the nxo network to cater for the needs of most potential clients, even if the area is beyond your scope of knowledge and experience! Projects vary from small or one-off requirements for start-ups to full outsourcing of the marketing function.
