LMI-UK gives me the opportunity and challenge of managing my own business whilst being supported by a professional organisation which shares the values and ethos which are important to me.

I have a desire to help others and with LMI-UK I am able to coach and develop individuals along with achieving a real business result for the client. In my previous business life I have faced the issues and challenges common to most organisations and with LMI-UK's unique process coupled with my own business skills and experience I can help to deliver applied learning and the achievement of tangible, measurable results. In the process of helping others I am also learning a lot about myself and feel a great sense of self-fulfillment and satisfaction.

I have joined a team of like-minded professionals and whilst we are all independent business people in our own right, we support and encourage each other and share our successes, experience and good practice.

LMI-UK gives me a good balance in life - I truly feel that I am in control of the job, and the job is not controlling me!
